About Bill

Bill Mines is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he was an All-Conference linebacker on the football team. He has a degree in Recreation Administration and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Bill has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years and truly loves his job. He is current on all of the latest fitness trends and is also affiliated with the Wellness Connection, a leader in health and wellness across Loudoun County in Northern Virginia.
