I am a 60 year old woman. Bill has been my personal trainer for the last 5 years. I really do look forward to my workouts with Bill because he really loves what he does and it shows in the way he cares for his client’s health and fitness. His workouts are basic yet very effective. I attribute my good health and feeling great to Bill and would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Bill has been my personal trainer for 5 years. As a 62 year old man, I am not looking to bulk up, just tone up and be healthy. Bill is excellent at altering your workout when you have a physical limitation or are recovering from surgery so that you can keep moving forward. Bill is an excellent trainer and I am in better health now then I have been in the last 20 years. I always look forward to my sessions with Bill.

My personal journey has been a challenging one. I started seeing Bill around the beginning of my eighth grade year. When I started my sessions, I was very eager for the weight to just fall off of me, but that obviously was not to be. Throughout the next few years, I struggled with losing the weight that I had put on through my childhood, and it was a difficult process. I had set so many goals for myself and it seemed like it was taking forever to reach them. With the help of Bill and his organizational skills, I began to slowly make small steps toward my goals and they were becoming more and more attainable.
During the middle of my senior year, I faced a small setback when I fell and dislocated my right kneecap. This forced me to take a break from seeing Bill, and that was a strenuous time. I had to work on learning how to move my knee again, which wasn’t easy, and I also needed to lose the weight I had put on post-surgery. As soon as I was cleared to work out with my brace, I returned to my sessions with Bill. With his help, I was able to walk without my brace on in a very short time, and with that, I thank him.
A few months later, I was off to college. I took everything Bill taught me, and I continued to work out on my own to maintain my weight loss. It was still a struggle, but I knew what I had to do to keep myself healthy and in shape. I am now in my second year at Coastal Carolina University, and I am still working to keep in shape, and I have come a long way. Even though I have 450 miles away from home, Bill is just a text message away; I know he is still helping me reach my goals although I don’t see him as frequently. I cannot wait to be back in town and start up my sessions again. Thank you, Bill, for everything you have done for me!
