Fitness is possible for anyone who wants it. No matter how long you've been out of shape, it isn't too late! It doesn't take long to get out of shape, but you can get into shape in a fraction of the time if you have the proper guidance. So check out B2B’s fitness programs!

Individual Training
 

No matter what your fitness level, B2B will help you reach your goals through a personalized workout plan tailored to your specific body type and your personal needs.  If you can't get to the gym, B2B will come to you. You might find that it's more convenient to work out in the comfort and privacy of your home. B2B’s in-home fitness techniques are customized and may include the use of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball, exercise step, and mat.  

 

Couples Training

 

Get to a new level of fitness together. B2B Couples Training will allow you to motivate each other as you improve your nutrition, strengthen your bodies and possibly strengthen your relationship. Made available to work with you and a friend or family member to create a fun and interactive fitness program so you can achieve your goals, stay motivated, and have fun.

Group Training

 

Start your day the right way…with a B2B early morning Group Training Session. This one hour boot camp style training will get your blood flowing and your muscles going and will set an energetic tone for the rest of your day. Group Training sessions are held outdoors in the summer, spring and fall and indoors in the winter. Join B2B for a high-energy, total body strength and conditioning, calorie burning boot camp workout. Once you take a B2B boot camp class, you are a part of the B2B fit family! With B2B, you will receive ongoing motivation and support to achieve a positive change in lifestyle. Each class offers variety and progression within workouts. You will learn correct exercise techniques for lifelong fitness. In each session, you will increase your metabolism, improve your mood and most of all…have fun! 

Personal Cardio Program

 

If you do not have the time for other B2B training options, Bill will design a customized cardio-centric workout program tailored to your specific needs and abilities.  

Post Rehab Fitness
 

B2B formulates, develops and implements fitness routines for clients in need of post rehabilitation conditioning. B2B will meet with your physical therapist and build a program that will put you on the path to fitness. Thirty minute post rehab fitness sessions focus specifically on improving flexibility and joint range of motion. B2B will assess your body for any muscular imbalances or restrictions in muscular flexibility and then utilize the appropriate techniques to restore full range of motion.

 

Nutrition & Weight Loss Assistance

 

Fuel your success from the inside out. Nutrition is the cornerstone of good health.  B2B assesses the personal needs of clients seeking nutrition and weight loss assistance and sets practical guidelines and realistic goals.
